Michael Worthington:

Leasing Agent

I am a former college tennis player and teaching pro with a degree in Business Administration. I have a background in sales and have been in real estate for 3 years. Licensed in both North & South Carolina, I'm extremely excited to have brought over my passion and experience to the property management side of the business.

Karen Grace:

Maintenance Coordinator, Leasing Agent

Karen, has been a licensed real estate broker since 2003. She began her property management career seven years ago and excels in facilitating maintenance and trouble shooting between tenants, vendors and owners. Karen always is available to answer your questions.

Ave Manuta:

Property Manager/Concierge

Ave has been with the company since 2021 She provides exceptional customer service by answering rental inquires and scheduling Her attention to detail has put her into creating Welcome packets, Leases, and Renewals. Ave is always willing to assist residents and owners.

Joy Tingson:

Tenant Concierge

Joy has been in property management for 4 years and has recently joined our team. She provides personalized service to support tenants. Her duties include working with the HOA for violations, rental verifications, insurance updates and rental delinquency.

Scott Moskowitz:

Property Manager

Scott, a local real estate broker has recently joined the team in the role of Property Manager. He performs detailed Property Condition reports to give a glimpse of the home at that time to the owner. His work assists our team and the owners with renewals, move outs and repairs.
